"A clean home from home, first floor self catering holiday apartment at Dawlish Warren".

We must stress the point that the apartment is an extension to our home, cleaned to a high standard. All we require from you is to treat it with respect and leave it as clean as you found it! I am sorry to say that if this is not adhered to you will not be welcome to holiday again with us.

You bring your sheets and towels ~ we do the rest to make your stay enjoyable.

Set in extensive communal gardens within a few minutes walking distance of all the amenities and beaches of this very popular family holiday resort. The apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated, the lounge has patio doors leading to a south facing balcony. Dawlish Warren is a Blue Flag Beach, over 2 miles of lovely golden sandy beaches and dunes. Dawlish Warren National Nature Reserve and an 18 hole Golf links, amusement park and South Devon's beautiful coastal path.
Torquay and Exeter are easily reached by car, train or bus. Dartmoor is only 30 minutes drive away.
An ideal base to explore Devon and Cornwall [the Eden Project is only 2 hrs away].

Fully fitted apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 only.

Lounge/Diner: TV with Video and Radio with a CD player.
Kitchen: Washine machine, Electric cooker, Microwave, Fridge.
Bedroom 1: 5' Double Bed.
Bedroom 2: Twin 2'6'' Beds.
Bathroom: Bath/Shower,
Basin, WC.
Outside: Large private gardens, parking space and covered cycle racks.

Guests are required to vacate the apartment by 10.00 am on the day of departure, this is required to allow the apartment to be made ready for our next guests arrival at 2.00 pm your cooperation is appreciated.
